I’m Morten Lilleris, a Danish import to the UK with more than 10 years’ experience working in the television industry. My journey started as a camera operator, working on a vast array of live productions within sport, entertainment, music, current affairs and children’s television – but even from the beginning, I knew planning and directing live multi camera productions was my passion.

As a Director, I’m passionate and hardworking – always striving to go above and beyond to deliver creative and engaging content of the highest quality. I have experience of working on a wide-range of productions – from small corporate presentations with two cameras up to large sporting events with 20+ cameras. 

I have proven myself to be calm under pressure – Live Productions can present the most interesting challenges and my ability to problem-solve in real time with a can-do attitude has served me well. 

As a Vision Mixer/TD, I have experience operating most brands of vision mixers including Grassvalley, Sony, Ross Video, Blackmagic, Vmix and SimplyLive. I am confident setting up and building shows from scratch – from simple productions with a couple of cameras up to a large 20+ cameras shows with complex effects, multiple ME banks, keyers, wipes and macros.
